Functions & Outside Catering
We have considerable
experience in providing catering for special events. Our chefs can provide a menu to suit your requirements,
whatever they may be ~ we have done a full buffet and evening dinner for a Country Wedding for 500 vegetarians and we have
packed 100 smoked salmon and champagne hampers for outdoor concerts. Chef is happy to sit down with you at every stage
and plan the meal of your dreams! No event is too small or too large, we can cater for a private party for 10 in your
own home to a Wedding Marquee for 1000 in a field in darkest Dorset!

Our wonderful Outside Team can help you decorate your marquee for a dream country wedding or spruce up
the Village Hall for a Golden Wedding Anniversary party. We can assist you to choose your theme, colour scheme, and
table design. We are happy to supply linen, napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware, flowers, decorations and table presents.

We have links with many wonderful settings, including the beautiful Springhead Gardens and
Mill Room at Fontmell Magna or the magnificent new Exchange in Sturminster Newton. Fiddleford can be the most amazing
setting for a wedding reception - truly a fairy tale setting.

Under Robin's guidance, many trainees have become well qualified chefs. The celebrity chef, Tony Tobin, started
his career in Robin's kitchen. Liz is a qualified teacher with 27 years experience, she is also a qualified Assessor
and Verifier for NVQ programmes. Passing on skills and knowledge is an important part of our day to day life.
We always have at least two young people in our kitchens on our own training programmes and are always happy to invite
customers to share a day in the kitchen learning about food preparation and presentation. (Price on application)
